Do you like winter? It isn’t my favorite season. Whether you like it or not – it’s here! It has snowed a couple of times here, but not a lot. Carissa, David and Ellia have enjoyed playing out in it. I don’t have that many pictures of the snow I thought I would put pictures of decoration we have around our house because of this cold weather.
If you would like to see more close-up pictures of this wall hanging click here. Doesn’t Mommy make really nice wall hangings?
This is a puzzle that we put together. It is the only winter puzzle we have.

This is a wreath that Mommy made. If you would like to see some other wreaths we have around our house click here.
Have a good winter!

Yea, I know that this is really, really late, but I said I would post about it so here it is. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving, except one thing – Daddy couldn’t be there. He had to stay home for work. We missed you Daddy
Here are the pictures of the days that we spent in Wichita:

Aunt Vange - She is working on a sewing projects. She had a sewing project for Mommy, Grandma, Anna, Amy, Carissa and I to work on. I had a lot of fun doing it. And I now know how to do french knots. Thanks for teaching me.

Micah (He is a little older than Daniel)
Uncle Mike

Anna is a very nice cousin. She, Amy, and I enjoy staying up really late talking (although normally, only she and Amy stay up late because I fall to sleep!)

Stephen and David are very good friends

Grandma, Aunt Vange, Mommy, and Faith (This is a couple of generations
)

Grandma – She is a wonderful cook

Grandpa
Thank you for opening up your homes to us!

P.S. For all those who read my blog: Sorry that this post is really late.

On Thursday Daddy went out to see his mother who wasn’t doing very good because she had a lot of health problems. We missed him a lot but are very glad to have him back. About 2 o clock today he came home. Welcome Home, Daddy. We missed you lots

Note: Thank you everybody who prayed for him while he was away.

Recently, David (8) and Carissa (11) have been working on a fun project for children. It is called Scratch Art. It is a board that have lines on it that scratch away with a certain stylus. When the paint (I am not exactly sure what you would call it) is gone it leaves a goldish-bonze color. It is pretty easy and a lot of fun. Even some us older children helped a little (grin)! Carissa just recently finished hers and David’s is almost done. Here are some pictures:

This one is Carissa’s

This one is David’s (The red that you see is the stuff that you scrap away)
Carissa and David, your projects are turning out very good. (David, keep up
the good work! And have fun)

…are sooo cute!
‘When Faith smiles, it lights up her whole face. Her eyes start to twinkle. Little girl giggles will escape her mouth and her little arms and legs start to move in all her excitment! Brothers, Sisters and Mother crowd around her and “ohhh,” and “awww” over her.’
When Faith started smiling it was a very exciting thing in our house! Here are some pictures of her beautiful smiles:

This face might not be classified as a smile, but it is cute!

I Love You!

On Saturday, Mrs. W. and I made a bouquet for one of her relatives. I had a very enjoyable time and I think it turned out very pretty. It is a wonderful piece to have during the winter time. Here are the pictures of it:

Thank you Mrs. W. for letting me do this with you! I have really enjoyed learning how to do it. If you would like to see the other arrangings that I have done, click here.
